The following applies to parts of the 10th conference of the Gender Studies Association Austria (ÖGGF) with the theme "Humans - Machines - Environments", which will take place at the University of Graz.
Conditions of participation
The event is open to members of the ÖGGF. These can be students, researchers and teachers, as well as other interested parties in certain cases and after consultation. Specifically, all physical persons who have proven themselves scientifically or artistically-scientifically through studies, research, teaching activities or publications in the field of gender studies and who have been or are active in a relevant field can become ÖGGF members.
Registration
Registration for events must be made online via converia (oeggf2024.at) by the end of the registration period for the respective event and is binding. It is necessary to create an account for this purpose. Registrations submitted after the registration deadline can only be considered if there are still places available. The number of participants for the events is limited.
Participation fee/course fee
Participation in the conference is free of charge unless a participation fee is stated.
Cancellation
The Coordination Centre for Gender Studies and Equal Opportunities reserves the right to cancel individual parts of the event or to offer a substitute programme.
Changes to the programme/cancellation of individual speakers
For organisational and quality assurance reasons, the Coordination Centre for Gender Studies and Equal Opportunities reserves the right to change the content, speakers, event dates and event rooms. Such changes do not justify any claims for compensation.
Deregistration/cancellation/seminar expenses
Deregistration must be made exclusively in writing at tagung@oeggf2024.at.
Liability
The Coordination Centre for Gender Studies and Equal Opportunities accepts no liability for any damage whatsoever. Participants are responsible for their own insurance.
House and User Regulations
Participation in events organised by the Coordination Centre for Gender Studies and Equal Opportunities must be in accordance with the University of Graz's House and User Regulations (mitteilungsblatt.uni-graz.at/de/2022-23/22.g/pdf/).
